This relic of a building houses German modernity; it faces a city street which might as well be a highway. Its signs announce a name, but the poise of this brutalist structure is one of a stranded, forlorn man trying to hail cabs gliding by. One pays attention to this Klondike from the bus stand opposite. Chris Kuehn, my service advisor for many years now, handled my trunk issue on my 128 Special Limited Edition 2 door sedan, and did a terrific job as usual, he is the Best! He knows my car so well and is always so knowledgable , polite, kind, thorough and helpful down to every detail.
Recently picked up my 2027 M3 from here. Had the pleasure of working with Michael Tow. He was absolutely great with his communication and him being a car enthusiast was a plus too. Would 100% recommend him for business here.

BMW of SF was very diligent in reaching out to me, my service rep got me checked-in and processed quickly, and the car was available early in the afternoon, earlier than promised. It was overall very good experience Finance person tried to sell extended warranty and prepaid maintenance very hard, almost scaring us to point that made me feel I picked a wrong car that’s faulty and need regular repair
