These people are fantastic. Michael Tow, his manager Daniel, and the finance guy were all incredibly professional, honest, and quick to work with. As always John Santos and team made sure to take great care in servicing my 23 year old BMW 330xi. Oil change and pro-active service check. Additionally I really appreciated the loaner car... So I didn't have to delay my errands. To me ...$160 for and oil change and service (with a wash) is fair price for the value I received. John is very patient as I always have a ton of questions.

When I picked up my BMW, the advisor reviewed everything that had been done, including the oil and filter change, vehicle inspection, and fluid level checks. My vehicle was returned clean and running great, and I left feeling confident that it had been serviced properly. I would definitely return for future maintenance.

Vincent Lam was very helpful and went out of his way to help. I was very happy with his work as a service representative. I was surprised that my car was returned unwashed after 8 days of outside storage. It had drops of oil on it, and a lot of dirt.

Daniel was amazing! A huge help! Had a window replaced and have to say the price was quite shocking to pay out of pocket.

I am in El paso Texas which is practically a 1000 miles plus from San Francisco. It is extremely hard to purchase parts for my car here. I reached out to BMW San Francisco to aquire parts needed. The customer service is exceptional. Everyone was so helpful and willing to assist me in what I needed. I will be forever thankful for I got my car running. Daniel, our service advisor is always very detailed in regards to what service I may need. I definitely had prior experience years ago with Elise vehicle but this time with a purchase vehicle everything was above and beyond. I will continue going to Bmw San Francisco.

Very courteous staff. Entire service experience was smooth and painless. I had purchased my vehicle from here as well and had a similar smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I have been a repeat customer at SF BMW for over two decades now and just purchased my 4th car from them. They’re impressive and attentive, and always work with you to give you the most reasonable deal - whether lease or finance. I personally always work with Naomi who is truly phenomenal. I have dealt with many sales people at various dealerships and high brands, but none come anywhere close to her integrity and level of professionalism. I would highly recommend her and this dealership.

Me and my girlfriend worked with Alex P to purchase her next vehicle and we couldn’t have had a better experience. He was patient, guided us to finding a vehicle that checked all our boxes and made the whole process fast, easy and most importantly enjoyable! Everything was efficient except my BMW app wasn't updated as to next service.

The service advisors are very kind and courteous especially Vincent Lam. They are honest and make sure you get the max for the money you spend and also provide comp car wash and loaners when needed. Very satisfied.

BMW of San Francisco is responsive and experts at what they do. I came for an OEM windshield replacement and not only was the workmanship flawless but it was also a fast turnaround. Just beware if you utilize their courtesy vehicle service, there is some fine print to be aware of (mileage limits).

Bought an M3 comp from BMW of SF and had an overall wonderful experience. It wasn’t easy finding allocation to order the vehicle due to its popularity, and overall, successfully ordering a high demand car from BMW isn’t the simplest process. I worked with Nyomi who was extraordinarily helpful in bringing me up to speed on all the information I needed to quickly put together the perfect spec (for me). She got me allocation ASAP and into the queue waiting for the earliest possible moment to order when the 2027 model year started production. She helped me keep updated in real time as the production started and shipping occurred. Furthermore, I had special requests for vehicle delivery and she made sure everything was followed to the letter. She showed a lot of followthrough during the whole process. I would also say I’m grateful to Ryan in Finance. He is an M enthusiast, and I was stressing a bit making sure I got the order perfect before 2027 orders started. He taught me a lot about desirable configurations, resale values, the performance of the vehicle and the type of mods/upgrades you could stage down the road. He was also very helpful in exploring extended warranties, maintenance + plans and available wear and tear item protections. Very smart for Sammy to put us in contact while I was still shopping. Also have to give a shoutout to the sales manager Sean, who sat me down and got airtight on my order and successfully getting it into queue and accurately predicting the week it would be delivered. He was spot on. I was a little daunted when I first decided to go for the M3, but the team at BMW of SF got it done quickly and with 0 problems. Smooth experience from start to finish. Kinda looking forward to buying the next one from them!

I've been a customer for over 20 years spanning over 5 different BMW's. I won't go anywhere else. My service advisor is friendly and a great communicator (Austin). Entire Service team is prompt and transparent. Even after moving out of SF, I still go here for all my service.

The morning I was in for service all the check in people were very friendly and when the car was ready there was great follow up. I don't remember names but everyone was friendly.

Austin was very helpful with the evaporator core issue. He handled everything in a professional way and made sure the details were clear without making the process frustrating. I appreciated how he kept the communication simple and made sure things moved along smoothly. The service felt organized, honest, and easy to follow from start to finish.

Its signs announce a name, but the poise of this brutalist structure is one of a stranded, forlorn man trying to hail cabs gliding by. One pays attention to this Klondike from the bus stand opposite. The area is entirely industrial, devoid of much humanity, until you notice the pho restaurant with the circular signage. The sign is a graphic image of a gorgeous young woman, the sort of face one expects to find on an old-fashioned seal stamped on parcels bound for distant capitals. She seems like she should be driving the BMW, giving it zip and dash , pep and pop. Until then, let’s call this icebox Karhaus.
