Shuttle Service and Mobility Program

All BMW's are equipped with a service indicator system or Condition Based Service technology.  As opposed to a standard mileage interval for services, these systems indicate to the BMW driver when service is required based on individual vehicle requirements. 

For vehicles with an i-drive controller, you can find service status under 'vehicle data'.  For vehicles without an i-drive controller, you service status can be viewed in the main instrument cluster.

Ever heard the expression, "Where the rubber meets the road"?  It's used to describe that high stakes moment of truth when performance is the only thing that matters. It's also an apt description of the BMW Approved Tires that play an integral role in the handling, operation, and safety of every BMW vehicle.

BMW Approved Run-Flat Tires (also known as Run-Flat System Component or RSC Tires) represent a quantum leap in tire manufacturing technology. With their reinforced sidewalls and precise fit on specially designed wheels, these tires offer numerous benefits to BMW drivers:

• Handling safely in emergencies: Vehicles maintain directional stability in the event of sudden pressure loss.
• Protection in the event of a breakdown: Changed a tire under hazardous conditions need not apply with Run Flat Tires.
• Convenience: Even with complete pressure loss, it is still possible to drive without changing tires.  (50mph maximum and up to 150 miles maximum depending on damage).

FastService is service 'while you wait'.   Eligible services can be scheduled for completion within 90 minutes or less (excluding wash) during FastService business hours, 10am -3pm weekdays.

Please note that work requiring diagnosis is beyond the scope of the Fast Service program.  A compounded list of requests may take longer.

BMW recognizes that the current EPA minimum detergent requirements do not go far enough to ensure optimal engine performance.  TOP TIER Detergent Gasoline help drivers avoid lower quality gasoline which can leave deposits on critical engine parts, which reduces engine performance. 

Periodic cleaning of your fuel injection system may be needed as a optional maintenance, so as to keep your BMW running smoothly, particularly if you haven't been utilizing Top Tier gas.
