BMW of San Francisco awarded QMS Certification

BMW of San Francisco earned the Quality Management System recertification and for the second time in five years was awarded the BMW Quality Trophy. The award recognizes the successful completion of the QMS certification process, including participation from all 280 employees of BMW of San Francisco.
"The trophy demonstrates the commitment of our whole team - from Client Advisors to Technicians - to deliver the best service and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction," said Henry Schmitt, President BMW of San Francisco. "It confirms our pledge to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers."
To receive QMS recertification and the award, BMW of San Francisco has maintained their commitment to quality management for over five years. BMW of San Francisco scored among the top dealers in the country earning the recognition placing on the QMS honor role. In order to achieve this recognition, BMW of San Francisco was tested by a third-party auditor and graded on its level of adherence to all QMS requirements scoring in par with the top BMW QMS Centers in the country.
